Summary of the situation

The head of the middle school is the second department in the department, where he supports the head of the middle and upper school in overseeing daily operations and assuming leadership responsibilities when the head is absent or unavailable. This is a role facing students that focus on enhancing the culture of positive and supportive school. The president’s assistant discipline is managed in compatibility with school policies, supervises consulting programming, and cooperates in designing and implementing well -being initiatives and programming student life. • Helping in the leading section meetings with faculty members, providing time updates, sharing comments, and supporting the implementation of initiatives, events and policies at the school level
• Leading and facilitating morning meeting gatherings, putting a positive tone, enhancing school expectations, sharing important updates, and enhancing a sense of society
• Make the head of the middle and upper school on the knowledge of programs, activities and interests of the general department
• Monitoring and supporting faculty members in middle schools, providing constructive notes and identifying the needs and opportunities of vocational development
• Supporting the employment of faculty members in new middle school
• Helping in the admission process for potential middle school students by cooperating with the admission team to provide enlightened recommendations for registration decisions
• It is a major communication point for parents and guardians in middle schools, maintaining open and vocational communication, addressing questions and concerns, and strengthening strong partnerships between the home and the school
• It represents the middle school in events and school jobs, and to participate with students, families, graduates and community members to enhance relations and enhance the task and values ​​of the school
