Eyeline Studios Mechanics will lead short content projects in the virtual production system, VFX, and the ecosystem after production. This role is dedicated to the dynamic individual, which does not exceed only tracking, coordinating and producing a wide range of projects, but also brings creative vision on the table. It will be effective in enhancing ideas, ensuring every project that provides maximum impact. This role requires a fundamental understanding not only for traditional production pipelines but also the use of obstetric learning frameworks.

This role requires a very organized product after production and also has good creative instincts and has an appetite for innovation in the production environment. The ideal candidate will be brilliantly managed by the project mechanics while offering creative significant contributions within the complex environments of each of the Netflix and Eyeline studios.

Main responsibilities

• Cooperation with the manager of short models content to develop and implement creative projects for Eyeline studios, with a focus on marketing, commercial initiatives and other “short shape” initiatives.
• Customer relations management for all projects related to Netflix Marcomms, including ads, partnerships, initiatives and matches, and ensuring the flow of the smooth project
• Managing the production pipeline, and coordinating all aspects of the implementation of the project, from the initial concept to the final delivery, within the VFX environment and after production
• Work as a major creative partner, which contributes to actively and raising ideas for all projects, which guarantees a high level of creative production

• Supporting the purchase and management of external resources, including independent talents, and ensuring effective project employees
• Work closely with Netflix teams after production and VFX teams to ensure a smooth integration of visual effects on marketing assets and Eyeline pipeline
• Helping to balance the size of Netflix Marcomms projects with internal creative projects
• Take advantage of the experience of direct work production to provide support and management of producers during buds

Qualifications

• Experience installed in project production within the VFX environment and after production
• The powerful ability to cooperate with creative partners, managing complex projects from the beginning to completion, and paying creative excellence
• A strong and comprehensive understanding of post -production technology
• Production communications, postfelix and external resources and resources
• The ability to contribute creatively to projects showed, with a talent to enhance and develop convincing ideas
• Exceptional presentation skills and communications, with a capacity to clarify complex ideas clearly and professionally in the meetings of the stadium client
• Efficiency in relevant production management programs and tools
• The basic experience with obstetric artificial intelligence and the desire to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Edit primary video and photoshop skills
• Experience in developing and writing ideas for marketing and business
• Experience in designing and writing summaries and stadium boards
• Experience direct work production and a basic understanding of VFX
• Self -enthusiastic with a proactive position and the position of the results, comfortable with mystery, and is able to work with the minimum control
• A strong bias towards work in all cases

105,000 dollars – $ 175,000 a year

This salary range is for applicants who advance to our position in Los Angeles, California. To determine your basic salary, we consider your qualifications, skills and experiences. These considerations can cause your compensation out of this range and will also depend on your location.
