Caa Brand Management is a section of the Creative Artists Agency (CAA). Together, we represent many more successful international brands and professionals on television, cinema, music, theater, video, sports and digital content. We also provide a set of strategic and marketing advisory services for corporate customers.

Caa Brand Management is currently seeking a full -time lawyer to support the Legal and Commercial Affairs Department. This is a hybrid role that will be based on our office in London in Hamsmithith. The ideal candidate is a 3+ -year -old qualified lawyer in a law firm or in an internal legal department with a license experience. The role will focus on providing support to CAA brand management clients in their licensing programs by formulating licensing agreements, referrals, and various commercial agreements. This may also include from time to time to provide recommendations related to intellectual property issues in addition to providing support on more general issues for companies as needed. Although it is not required, it will be useful for the candidate to have a background in the intellectual property law. The ideal candidate must be comprehensive, studied, directed towards details, flexible, self -supported and cooperative and must be able to set priorities and reconcile multiple responsibilities between different customer teams.

The main responsibilities to include, to name a few:

• Preparing, reviewing and negotiating licensing agreements, cooperation agreements and the memoirs of the deal.
• Supporting the general goal of the group of increasing organizational efficiency, including management of effective contracts, keeping records and managing documents, and achieving work goals in a way that reduces legal risks.
• Advice to business in a variety of legal, commercial and strategic issues for various commercial transactions related to licensing.
• Expecting and identifying potential legal problems for the Vice President of Legal and Commercial Affairs, CAA brand management, and helping to develop strategies to avoid litigation and reduce the potential areas of risk.
• Cooperation and creating long -term positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Conducting legal research and monitoring legal developments as necessary.
Other relevant projects as set.

Qualifications/requirements

• A strong academic background with 3+ years experience as a qualified lawyer.
• He is authorized to work on the site where you are practiced, and acceptance in the judicial jurisdiction tape.
• Experience in the law firm and/or experience in legal management in licensing and related transactions.
• Experience in licensing is required.
• Preferring the experience of the brands law.
• Excellent connection (written and oral), drafting and negotiation skills.
• Effectively managing time, multi -task in a fast -paced environment, taking instructions, but also work independently to meet the demands of the organization and show flexibility to support changing priority businesses.
