Your role:

We are looking for a UX Lead designer to join our Global Relay design team. You will work on the pioneering complex design, confidence and confidence. It will help forming new acting experiences through our archiving platform and closely cooperating with designers, product managers and engineers to ensure what is studied and useful for our customers.

This role is located in Vancouver, hybrid (two days in the office per week).

Your responsibilities:

Lead design

UX design ownership across the main parts of our artificial intelligence project will take, from discovery along the way to exploration and delivery. User trips, create clear documents and new patterns will be determined when needed, and work with our engineering team to return them to life.

You will not manage people directly, but you will lead an example by supporting other designers through peer notes, design reviews, and helping to maintain high quality in all fields

You will closely coordinate with UX Manager and cross -functional teams to align work with user requirements, work objectives and time tables.

Application of design thinking to artificial intelligence functions

This is a decisive role in forming how to design artificial intelligence. You will need to understand how artificial intelligence affects the ability to use, trust, transparency and user control.

About you:

• Strong experience in UX to one to tip by searching, reaction design and testing test
• The ability to lead crossed job projects and cooperate with multi -functional teams
• A good understanding of how to design artificial intelligence technologies however
• Clear and clear communication and documentation skills
• A university degree in psychology or interaction between human and computer or other fields associated with UX

Nice to be

• Experience in the institution’s industries or compliance
• Experience in banking or financial services

compensation:

Global Relay announces the scope of wages for this role in accordance with the laws of transparency wage in British Columbia. Individual wages rates are determined by evaluating factors such as experience, skills, education and professional background.

The range below reflects the expected annual basic salary, which is only one component of the comprehensive comprehensive bonus package designed to reflect the philosophy of our company’s wages, culture and values. 110,000 dollars – 150,000 Canadian dollars
