Note: This is a full -time position in our office in the center of Vancouver.
What will you do:
Work and operations:
- Supervising daily office operations, and ensuring that our work spaces are clean, safe and improved for productivity
- Supervising the operations of the reception, mail office, office supplies and snacks/drinks, furnishings, equipment and repairs
- Be the main point of communication for property management and owner relationships
- Maintain all facilities documents organized and modern
- Management of access card systems, audit, and visitors tracking
- Supporting health and safety policies and represents the team in the Josh Committee
- Providing travel reservation support for appointments and new contractors, and relevant expenses management
Culture and participation champion:
- Leading the team in designing and implementing events that build communication and support the employee experience
- Supervising the administrative support of our board of directors and maintaining the calendars of the main company
Leadership Leadership:
- Directing, developing and inspiring a team of 3
- Ensuring high -quality and high -quality operating and administrative support throughout the company
What you will come to the table:
- More than 5 years in the office, facilities, or retail department – you know the privacy and generalities of maintaining construction and operation
- An enthusiastic personality stimulates colleagues and raises the entire office energy
- Driving experience – you can motivate your team to achieve their best
- Organizational skills and power management – gives priorities for solutions and performance

The basic payment range for this position in Canada is 70 thousand dollars – 110 thousand dollars per year + reward
The compensation provided will be determined by factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and related skills. Many of our positions are qualified to obtain additional types of compensation (for example, commission plans, bonus, etc.) that our talent acquisition team will share if you are an interview with this role.
