A little about our team:

Promotion works to develop awareness and exposure to records through various media that focus, but not limited to the radio. The department works with marketing, sales, advertising and digital marketing, which creates base promotion strategies and national promotion strategies to earn AirPlay in Key Lifestyle, Club and Radio Outlets.

Your role:

We are looking for an assistant and promotion to help develop awareness and exposure to their artists through various means, focusing on the radio. This role includes a mixture of administrative duties and administrative tasks, and supporting a large list of artists, radio stations and employees.

Here you will reach:

• Helping in daily activities for a large list of artists, radio stations and employees
• Managing all administrative duties, including: organization, calendar, email correspondence, and schedule
• T & E reports account
• Writing points of sale for all bills and speeding up the sellers and employees
• Record the weekly goals and expectations from field employees
• Maintaining wide systems of electronic and physical files, prizes and stocks
• Arrangement of travel to employees as well as the winners of the promotional competition
• tracking and ensuring compliance with all the guidelines for radio promotion and providing all tax documents required for the winners of the competition when necessary.
• Work as a preliminary communication link for radio, administration, artists, independents, field employees and promotional management
• Create, update and distribute adding papers, promotional overview, Soundscan reports
• Maintaining spending leaves in the section – weekly update
• Communicate regularly with Mediabase, Soundscan and R&R by running reports to refer to and distribute.
• Special research projects related to radio
• Seek music in any form of external use and promotions
• Preparing, coordinating and implementing interviews in the artist’s phone
• Distribute the music digitally via suitable platforms for the task.
• Play an integral role in all types of radio promotion
