Job name: Global Marketing Director

A little about our team:
We are seeking to get the director of Global Marketing very organized to join the global marketing team of Warner Music Group.

Your role:
This is a operating role, as it will supervise the daily operations that keep our global campaigns smoothly through multiple markets. It will coordinate the workflow, track budgets, manage the marketing plan, prepare reports for supreme leadership, and ensure the fulfillment of timelines and deliveries constantly. It will also act as a major communication between global, regional and local teams, to simplify communication, maintain alignment, and support the implementation of global -level music campaigns. In addition, you will manage global marketing events evaluating and leading to our internal, virtual or personal events.

Here you will reach:
• Preparing the global marketing plan templates, collecting and analyzing requests from local markets
• Tracking the weekly focus track versions and communicating updates via teams
• Preparing leadership and publishing weekly and monthly reports for the executive leadership team
• Establishing and maintaining one sheets, marketing floors and other guarantees projects for global priority system projects (GPS)
• Delivery of lead to monthly international marketing meetings, general international marketing meeting, and supervision of all logistical services, materials and communications
• Supervising the tracking of the monthly global spending for priority projects and the delivery of final reports
• Cooperation with financing on purchase orders, suppliers bills, and other budget inquiries
• OKRS tracking and performance standards for priority projects and connecting visions to the major stakeholders
• Maintaining and distributing global global marketing resources, including tool groups, training materials and distribution lists
• Seaming and submitting ticket applications to the global marketing team
• Determine opportunities to simplify the workflow, improve operational efficiency, and enhance compatibility through global and regional teams
• Support on the new team members, providing access to resources and guidelines in operations
• Significant contact between global and regional marketing teams, and to ensure clear communication and alignment

About you:
• 5+ years in the role of project management or program within music, entertainment or creative industries
• Experience in work through multi -market global teams
• Strong possibilities for project management, with experience in coordinating complex campaigns and marketing events
• Liquidation with campaign data, reporting tools and performance standards; Critical to translate data into visible visions
• Written and strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships through internal and external teams
• Excellent time management, priority and organizational skills
• A cooperative mentality directed towards the team and the proactive
