Lancaster Faculty of Medicine is looking to employ a participant in the accelerating transfer of knowledge (AKT) in the field of child addiction in the field of health care for a period of three months in partnership with changing change. The goal of the project is to develop guidelines for the management of dependence on ketamine caused by the Kiu (KIU) in those under the age of 16 years, to include hospital care coordination with local community services, to ensure young people’s support effectively to reduce the use of ketamine or stop them as part of their treatment in KIU.

Faculty of Medicine at Lancaster University www.lancaster.ac.uk/lms/ It is the leading medical school that provides excellence in teaching and research at the university stage and after graduate studies that affect the results of public health and public health locally, nationally and internationally. The World Health Organization Center. The project will be supervised by Rachel, ISBA, Professor of Children and Youth Health at Lancaster University.

AKT presents an exceptional opportunity for a successful candidate to take a very rewarding position with the leadership of a real importance. You will be employed by the University of Lancaster and the project will be delivered by working cooperatively with the team at Change Grow Live. It will be based remotely with regular virtual meetings with both academic supervisors and CGL, and you will travel to visit CGL in Liverpool Weekly throughout the project. At the end of the project, you will meet the team to present an event for publication, and to exchange the main results and visions with the stakeholders concerned.

We are looking for excellent communication, confident in cross -sectors environments, and we can design their approach to suit a wide range of stakeholders. Your ability to engage in the effective delivery key for this project will be. The experience of participation in health care settings is necessary, and perfectly acquired through direct cooperation or research. Previous experience in dealing with children and youth is very desirable and welcome, but it is not necessary.

The ability to travel will support the delivery of the project, but when it is not possible, flexible roads will be implemented.

You will have, or be a follow -up, with a master’s degree or a doctorate degree in relevant discipline such as psychology, public health or urology, or you have a basic medical qualification, for example MBCHB.

This AKT project is funded by Ukry through UK innovation. This program is designed to create a short -term cooperation between the university and business to provide rapid and targeted intervention to accelerate the development of the innovation project, with the possibility of a major impact on business. AKT projects are delivered by graduates who benefit from the opportunity to work in a strategic relevant project in the industry, while receiving support and guidance from university academics. This is a full -time role, which is presented as a fixed contract for three months.

The publication is outside its scope and we can pay up to 42,000 pounds annually for the 13 -week position.

The role can be considered an opportunity for the emirate for the current Lu staff.

Because of the financing requirements, you should be available to start a business at a date not exceeding November 10, 2025.
