As a member of our crowded administrative team, you will provide a professional and effective service, including operational assistance and administrative support for the academic community, juvenile organization, financial management, organizational meetings and organization, and resource request. To be successful in this role will:

• You have the ability to build effective and reliable business relationships and contact with stakeholders
• Be adaptive, flexible, a proactive player and a team player with strong skills in dealing with others and a positive and excited approach.
• Get excellent skills in time management, organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage your work burden to meet work requirements
• Show verbal and written communication skills as well as MS offices skills

This role may be suitable for either a professional enthusiastic with a related work experience in the search for a professional development or a modern graduate with some experience in searching for an opportunity to explore job opportunities in the higher education environment.
