We are looking for a distinguished and dedicated person who loves challenges and hard work, and gets satisfied with the help of weak individuals in need.

The person appointed for this position will present legal submission and represents the palace in the psychiatry facilities funded by the public sector, and will conduct legal research on relevant issues, assist behavioral health agents in listening sessions for review certificates to obtain involuntary factors in psychological hospitals, and provide assistance to the senior manager and manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing daily driving and coordinating the patient’s invitation program
  • Performing Roger’s presentations and representing young customers funded by the audience in Rogers sessions
  • Review the basic program evaluation (the daily schedule of the entire team that covers the listening sessions allocated to the court, bicycles, meetings, presentations, facility visits, etc.) when the program manager is not available
  • Conduct grievance investigations
  • Customers are represented in due listening sessions
  • Providing during service training for customers, employees and the behavioral health community
  • Supervising and developing new program materials, as it was appointed
  • Conduct grievance investigations

  • The grievance files review in anticipation of the boycott review
  • Participated in training and support for qualified employees and volunteers, and continuously assisting in developing a team that focuses on cooperation, productivity, efficiency and passion
  • Refer to some grievance messages to his colleagues and provide comments and guidelines for the following steps as necessary
  • Take advantage of individual employees’ strengths to improve the needs and goals of the program constantly
  • Provide regular training on Article 14 for all employees and volunteers, and update materials as needed
  • Maintaining the records of employees and volunteers in the training of Article 14 and their signed ads
  • Review emails for team colleagues that contain phi to ensure confidentiality requirements when the program manager is not available
  • Conducting legal research for the patient’s invitation team as needed
  • Effectively building relations and cooperation with a wide range of community partners including professionals, facility officials, law enforcement, colleagues throughout the state, as well as calling groups such as NAMI
  • Preserving awareness of current resources related to the population
  • Attendance and participation in community meetings, committees, and events related to providing behavioral health services in the special treatment funded by the public and residential facilities
  • The program and the agency represent awareness of political issues and society’s concerns

Skills/experience/capabilities that must be:

  • Required licensed lawyer
  • You must have a valid CA driver’s license, insurance, a reliable personal vehicle, and a willingness to travel outside the site
  • A successful completion and success of verifying the background of criminal history
  • Commitment and ability to work with representative societies is an incomplete representation, especially people who suffer from mental health challenges, development disabilities, people in the treatment of drug abuse disorders, customers of various ethnic, cultural and linguistic backgrounds, customers who suffer from unwanted, active drug users and LGBTQ+ organs
  • Knowledge of the Patient Rights Law and/or their willingness and the ability to learn the laws of California state and the policies and procedures of the San Diego province in that they relate to patient rights and behavior health
  • Performing Roger’s presentations and representing young customers funded by the audience in Rogers sessions
  • Knowing the requirements for reporting the program or the ability to learn it
  • Patient rights or other related experience

Physical requirements:

The employee must sometimes raise and/or move up to 20 pounds and raise and/or sometimes move to 25 pounds. Moderate noise level, so good concentration and hearing is required.
