Role summary:

The director of the Ministry of Citylight Kids and oversees all aspects of the Ministry of Citylight (Grade – Fifth Grade), which enhances spiritual growth and the dynamic church experience for children and their families. This role is responsible for employing, training and supporting volunteer teams, implementing weekly services and special events, and partnership with families to help children grow in their faith.

Main responsibilities:

• Leadership and strategy

  • Development and implementation of a coherent strategy to form a spiritual formation for children from cradle to fifth grade.
  • Align the Ministry of Children with the comprehensive vision of the church.
  • Employment, training and leadership of high -capacity volunteer teams.
  • Supervising the Ministry’s environments, ensuring safety, excellence and spiritual influence.

• Family participation and volunteers

  • Enhancing strong relationships with parents and providing continuous communication and support.
  • Providing care and encouragement for volunteers and the leadership of the team.
  • It is regularly visible to families, volunteers and children.

• Control of the program

  • Planning and implementing weekly services, academic curricula and discipline programming.
  • Organizing special events such as VBS, family nights, team events.
  • Ensure that the environments are clean, wicked and safe.

• Management and communication

  • The Ministry’s budget management, supplies and volunteer scheduling (via the planning center).
  • Maintenance and update of the site content related to CityLight children.
  • Communication regularly with parents through newsletters and ministry updates.

• High emotional intelligence, self -captain, and team player.
• Experienced in leading and developing volunteer teams.
• A passion for the partnership of the Church’s family in spiritual development.
• Strong communication, creative thinker and problem of problems.
• Maher in management, regulation and digital tools (for example, ProPresner, Planning Center).
