Axon is looking for an experienced data engineer to join the start of rapidly growing construction technology that transforms the way to make construction sites. By taking advantage of the Internet of Things technologies and data analyzes in actual time, the arterial system picks up data on the site-including weight sensors, GPS, gyroscopes, and cameras-to generate implemented visions. These ideas enable construction teams to make enlightened decisions, promote productivity, and promote safety. While we are expanding our operations, we are looking for skilled engineers to help us enhance our data infrastructure and provide more data on data.

You will build and improve data pipelines that can be developed and effective in terms of cost that process information from our Internet devices. You will work closely with the Israeli research and development team, work in data infrastructure, write data pipelines, make data within different needs, and enable data analysts and scientists .. This is a practical and influential role as it will help form our data systems during our growth.

What you need for this position:

• 5+ years of experience as a data engineer or in a similar role
• Efficiency in Bethon and SQL
• Production experience with Spark (preferably Databricks)
• Infinter with Kafka and/or EMR
• Experience with relationship databases (for example, postgresql, mysql)
• Experience
• Mediterranean+ English language to communicate with colleagues.

Nice to be

• Introduction and experience with Powerbi.

What will you do:

• Internet Data Data Pipeline: Development and maintenance of pipelines that collect and process data from EDGE devices currently equipped with weight, GPS, gyroscope, and camera sensors.
• Capital and effective structure: constantly improving pipelines and cost efficiency.
• Data integration and conversion: perform ETL/ELT operations to integrate various data sources into ready -to -analyze data groups.
• Data infrastructure: Working with postgresql, MySQL, Kafka and Databrics to manage our analytical and operational data.
• Monitoring and Quality: Prepare monitoring and checking systems to ensure the reliability and safety of data.
• Team Cooperation: Cooperation with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Analysts and Datab Scholars to support the development of features and prepare reports. Participate in discussions and guidance on the changes in our tools with needs and requirements.
• Continuous improvement: explore and introduce new tools such as flowing ends, formatting platforms, and internet -friendly data systems to improve performance and flexibility.
