We recruit a personal assistant to support the Deputy Professional Sport Adviser, and they are working closely with the CEO and as part of the PA Office Office. This is a major role in enabling the vice president of professionals to focus on providing an arduous and prominent -level agenda.

In this role, you will provide high -quality personal and logistical support, including:

• Managing complex and fast notes
• Travel coordination, meetings and logistics events
• Support for Innium Post and Correspondence Management as directed
• Ensuring that meetings and events work smoothly, including attending practical details that help the vice president of professionals to move comfortably and efficiently between obligations
• Providing proactive support that enables the vice president of professionals to work at his best

You will be an integral member of the PA Office Vice -President team, and to cooperate closely with colleagues while providing personal support designed to ensure comfort, efficiency and preparation throughout the day. While the role is primarily in normal working hours, flexibility may sometimes be needed.
