A year’s post -PhD mode is now available for BRGM (French Geological Survey) in Orleans, France. The situation contributes to the Anr IM-Surf (Impact ET MITIGATION DEDES SISMICUES De Surface Sur Structures 3D De Grandes Dissatures, 2024-2028), focusing on the collection of seismic data and synthetic seismic earthquakes for the engineering study of recent earthquakes (EG 2023 Turkey, 2024 Noto-Japan.

Job title

It is important to learn ground movement behaviors including both body waves and surface waves on a large scale of frequency. The purpose of this postdoc is to enrich the surface wave database of recent earthquakes as well as to provide a large -scale artificial earthquake. The scopeal earthquake is usually created widely through a mixture of low -frequency part and a random high frequency component. We mainly target two recent earthquakes. 2023 Turkish serials, 2024 Noto, Japan, an earthquake, which is available to the ground movement. POSTDOC will contribute to the project from seismic analysis and numerical simulation to provide ground movements for the other tasks offered by the Géodynamique & Struckure), Centralesupélex and ENSTA. The position also includes the following: Building a database of observation and synthetic materials, processing the time chain data data and revising a scientific paper.
