We are looking for a part -time trainee in our office in the city center. Internal training is available to start from September and will go to early December. Negotiated dates based on your availability. Ideally, this candidate will work from 11 to 5 pm MWF or Tuesday/Thursday. The exact table is flexible.

Responsibilities include:
• Update customer and project information in our internal databases
• CV update
• Public office maintenance
• Work with programs like Breakdown Express, Dropbox and Google Suites.
• Maintaining tracking data schedules using Google documents.
• Maintaining the current project evaluation.
• Track the Broadway’s weekends

Qualifications:
• Currently attending an accredited college
• You must be able to obtain university credit for training hours
• An official, directed towards details, with excellent organizational skills
• Self -start with the ability to follow instructions and multiple tasks.
• Master with Google Suite and Dropbox.
• Previous work experience with Suites Express, Google, and Dropbox is plus!
• Get friendly and warm behavior with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
• A basic understanding of the theater and the strong desire to build a profession in the entertainment industry

This internal training is a great opportunity to interact with major professionals in industry and dumping offices, while taking an internal look at the daily operations of the boutique talent agency.
