As a student learning and participation director, you will be at the forefront of designing and providing initiatives that help students with a personally and personally.

You will lead a team dedicated to creating comprehensive and attractive educational environments that reflect the diversity of our student community. By working in a close partnership with academic teams and support services, it will ensure that every student has access to guidance, resources and pastoral care they need to achieve success. Your evidence -based approach will help define barriers that prevent participation and developing influential solutions that make a measurable difference in retention, progress and achievement.

About you

You will bring a strong background in higher education with experience in designing and evaluating participation or support programs. You will be identical to the effective curricula to develop students and their transfer through your ability to communicate with sympathy and clarity across the various masses.

As an inspiring leader, you will have experience in managing teams, set clear goals and driving performance. You will be adept at building partnerships, managing resources and solving problems with creativity and flexibility. Above all, you will commit to enhancing a comprehensive environment where every student can fulfill his potential.
