UNC-Chapel Hill | The date of the faculty members in the Surgical Oncology Specialist

The North Carolina University Surgery Department is looking for requests for a full -time surgical oncologist to join our surgical tumors.

The division of surgical tumors is among the clinical sections 9 in the surgery department. The department currently includes 15 faculty members and 9 applicants who provide a wide range of clinical services in order to provide the highest multidisciplinary care for oncology patients. The department also participates in an activity in leadership and contribution to our wide wallet of clinical research/translation and educational missions, through our cooperation with the comprehensive Layberger Cancer Center. We are looking for candidates for the role of the faculty in the open rank, with the ranking on the basis of accreditation and scientific achievements. This date may be presented as a specific period, a period/period/period or variable date at 0.5 to 1.0 FTE. Academic dates will be proportional to the candidate’s experience.

Clinical responsibilities will include participating in multidisciplinary care, tumor paintings, and surgical support for oncology programs. The faculty members are obligated to provide high -quality clinical care and valuable to patients UNC Health care system. This position is perfectly suitable for surgical oncologist with great interest and experience in clinical trials. This date will be suitable for a person with wide interest or flexible interest in multiple types of cancer. Faculties are expected to participate regularly in the education of medical students, residents and colleagues.

Individuals who show exceptional skills and achievements can be considered as a leadership position in the surgery department. Driving roles are not guaranteed and dependent on the current needs of our surgical service lines.
