Overview of the role

We are seeking a high -performance lawyer from Ivy League with exceptional personal skills and passion for leading thought to work as deputy general advisor. You will work alongside the chief legal officials to lead a legal job and global compliance, and to advance the adoption of legal solutions that make artificial intelligence, play a major role in governance, strategic decision -making, and operational excellence. Main responsibilities

Strategic leadership and control

• Leading and inspiring legal teams and compliance, ensuring compatibility with companies’ goals and innovation culture.

• As an adviser to the first line of legal issues and compliance, it escalates to CLO as needed.

• Providing direct counseling, professional development and growth paths for a high -performance team.

Compliance and governance

• Supervising all aspects of organizational compliance, licensing and corporate governance.

• Supporting the jobs of the Board of Directors and investor relations accurately and appreciated.

• Design and implement advanced risk management frameworks and reporting systems.

Innovation and integration AI

• Leading the transformation of legal processes through artificial intelligence and emerging legal technology.

• Forming the future of compliance and law through the leadership of ideological thought and strategies.

External representation and influence

The basic salary for the annual start of this position is $ 250,000, with the possibility of obtaining a payment bonus or a performance incentive.
