Connection Church Church (Connection), which is located in O’Fallon, is a non -sectarian life group with relationships with the restoration movement. Main responsibilities:

• Place for worship services, leadership with the worship team, and create authentic worship experiments.
• Supervising the preparation, operation and maintenance of sound, lights, videos and graphics for services and events.
• Recruitment, training, guide and scheduling volunteers for the teams of worship and technology, including players and singers.
• Ministry of Music Management, Media Production (for example, ProPresner Slices, words, photos), and technical systems (sound, video, lighting, cameras).
• Leadership of technical arts and production teams, quality guarantee and minimal disorders.
• Technology upgrades management, media file production (for example, online broadcast), graphics/video projects.
• Supervising the technical aspects of special occasions (wedding parties, funerals) and maintaining the budget of the worship department, licensing, and resources.
• Cooperating with the main priests to align services with the vision of the Church and belief.
• Promote spiritual growth and leadership within the difference through guidance and students.

Qualifications:

• Strong driving, team building, communication skills with the heart of the server.
