The Mount Union Church of the Bible is a small group in the rural Pennsylvania state, which is currently the elderly. We are an unreliable church, non -conservative and conservative. The current attendance Sunday morning is about 30 people.
We want to be a focused body for Christ, and seeks to provide good news about our savior to our society.

The main position of the main priest
The priest of the Mount Union Church must fulfill the qualifications of the elderly as it is specified in 1 Timothy 3: 1-7 and in Titus 1: 5-9. The role model must lead, preaching/teaching/preaching as the General Supervisor (Director) for all the Ministry’s operations in the Mount Union group.
General responsibilities
– Preparing and presenting the word of God with the aim of sharing the Bible and developing people in a commitment to follow the Lord Jesus Christ (discipleship).
– Pray to the Lord with his spirit to the ministries of the church (disciple), and the needs of the people (physical/spiritual), and preaching.

He served individuals and families in times of need, such as visiting people in the hospital, visiting the elderly, disorganized, and worthy.
Advice to people in long -term situations. Head services and special celebrations, including weddings, funerals, baptism, by communicating.
Visit new guests, share the Bible, and welcome people in the church family.
– The leadership of the other church leaders (the sheikhs/deacons/trustees), and their recruitment to lead the aspects of the ministry that Grace offers with the aim of preaching and disciples in our church and our society.
Expectations
– The sponsor of the Church of Mount Union must have a strong faith in Jesus Christ rooted in the word of God, which his life and messages must reflect. He must have strong knowledge and know the word of God.
He must have love for the Lord, love for people, and to be a servant and humble leader. If he has a wife and family, they must also love people and be active members in the group.
– He must be appointed either with a certificate in biblical studies, or has equivalent knowledge or experience with ready to become a decree and attend seminars or classes to continue learning and growth spiritually and in biblical knowledge.
– It must be hospitable, and take care of those inside and outside the church, and demonstrate through the visit, counseling, guidance, teaching, preaching, prayer, and service. He must have a commitment to the church – a group, and its spiritual and physical growth, the establishment, development and supervision of ministries within the church, as well as awareness programs in society.
He must lead with humility and grace and have good organizational/planning skills, and skills in personal relationships and communication, whether both or in preparing speeches and presenting them to the group.
– The word must be clearly aware. It should be ready to preach, education, leadership, service, service and service on Wednesday, and assistance/supervision of the ministries of children and youth.
– He must ensure that the Church and the constitution policies are followed and supported by both members of the Church and leaders. He must have good listening skills, problem solving and conflict solving.
