Job purpose:

The great regulation engineer provides advanced experience in communications and wireless engineering, specialized in designing and integrating network access networks (Ran), DAS (DAS) systems, and public safety communications systems. This role protects quality standards in all clubs and works as a major technical partner for project managers, ensuring successful implementation of important public safety, transit, and commercial projects. All work is in line with the ISO quality management system and relevant regulatory standards.

This role provides reports to the Vice President for Design and Publishing

Main responsibilities:

Wireless & RF Engineering Engineering

• Driving and integration of wireless systems, including Ran and DAS and public safety communications systems.
• Perform the spread of RF spreading, compressure modeling, and spectral planning.
• Checking the health of the system through field measurements, drive tests, and post -processing analysis.
• Ensure compliance with TIA and NFPA standards and other public safety and communications standards.
• Supervising the integration of wireless and wired systems for smooth intercourse.

Systems design and integration

• Development of comprehensive communication systems, including networks, energy and phone systems and data transfer.

Documents and quality guarantee

• Produce and maintain detailed design documents, drawings and specifications (AutoCAD, Microstation, IBWAVE, Visio).
• Ensure that all the products are met with regulatory standards, safety and quality.

Project and customer cooperation

• Partner with project managers and multi -functional teams to determine the requirements of the wireless network and the network.
• Providing technical experience through design, publishing, assignment and acceptance of the system.
• Supporting the customer’s proposals, responses to submitting offers, and technical offers.

Innovation and continuous improvement

• Currently stay with emerging wireless techniques (for example, 5G, LTE, Internet of Things, the critical task of speaking).
• Determine opportunities to enhance RF performance, system efficiency and publishing practices.

Skills and knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, communication engineering or relevant field.
• A licensed professional engineer (P.NG) or naming a rewarding boycott.
• 7+ years in communications systems engineering.
• 5+ years produce detailed design documents, studies and reports.
• A strong background supports proposals, RFPS, and developing solutions.
• Efficiency in AutoCAD, Microstation, IBWAVE, Visio, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Solve analytical problems, stakeholders communication, multi -project management.

Wireless Systems Engineering

• Experience installed in wireless frequency design, spreading modeling, spectrum planning, and frequency coordination.
• Experience with internal DAS solutions, public safety das, and institutional coverage systems.
• A strong understanding of LTE, 5G, advanced cellular techniques, including small cells and total integration to Indoor.
• At least two years in the coverage test methodologies, interpretation of TIA standards, and improvement practices.
• Practical experience with RF scanning tools, spectrum analyzes, and survey equipment.
• Knowing NFPA, FirstTnet, and public class communication requirements.

The basic salary of this position is $ 120,000. Upon determining the final compensation, Cartel is several factors, including the experience of the successful candidate and accreditation data, as well as internal shares. The final basic salary supply will be according to the company’s estimate and is presented as part of a total competitive compensation package that also includes health, dental and profit sharing advantages.
