the The College of Business Administration wants to employ a post -doctoral researcher to participate in the delivery of the EPSRC research program for a period of 3 years, “digitally enabled”. The goal of the program is to investigate how to apply for digital technologies and digital curricula that can accelerate the transition to the most sustainable and flexible health care system using circular innovation.

This role will play a major function in the project, in cooperation with researchers from the universities of EXATER, Cambridge and Sheffield and with a group of partners via the health care system. This specific general record will reveal and address social and economic factors, including behavior, organization and politics, which hinders the adoption of digitally enabled circular innovation.

The research will include:

  • Conducting a literature review to determine the factors that affect the adoption of circular innovation and verify the verification of results through semi -organized interviews and notes with stakeholders in health care places.
  • Create a journey maps for the social-economic and technical product for technology to verify the authenticity of the results and coordinate focus groups with the main stakeholders and studies based on observation of evaluation and comparison repeatedly.
  • It is involved in the creation of digital circular innovation scenarios to show the validity of circular innovation and associated business models through various health care contexts.
  • Determining and documenting the requirements for changing behavior and cranes at the level of the system such as politics, standards and incentives necessary to change each scenario.

About you

The successful applicant will be able to develop research programs, methodologies and objectives; Provide information on research progress and results; Connecting complex information, orally, in writing and electronically and preparing proposals and applications on external bodies.

Looking at the nature of the specific research, the experience in qualitative research methods will be a feature with experience in conducting status studies, stakeholders, monitoring and familiarity interviews with behavior change curricula.

Applicants will have a relevant doctorate degree or qualification/equivalent experience in the field of relevant study and be able to show adequate knowledge of discipline, research methods and technologies to work within the applicable research programs. Applicants will be able to work in a multidisciplinary manner, understand and integrate others’ work to develop and connect a clear vision and a road map for the future.
