About the role

We are looking for an experienced professional for the leadership leadership, creation and delivery of digital content and media to support widely marketing and research activities at the College of Science. It will join the marketing and web team in faculty members and plays a major role in managing our digital existence for external and internal stakeholders.

Using your knowledge of the content and the user design experience, you will work closely with colleagues in the college and through the university to create suitable content that meets the user needs. You will constantly review and improve content to improve performance, using the detailed publishing platform of the university, which has been created and developed at home. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the head of marketing and our digital agents, to manage the operating delivery of digital marketing campaigns.

You will have a busy record from:

• Writing on the web with the ability to produce appropriate content and advise faculty colleagues on the best practice techniques.
• Knowing the sources and/or creating other types of content (such as pictures, videos, sound and animation) and use them to provide effective content and campaigns.
• Development and management of content via multiple digital platforms using CMS.
• Understanding the ability to use web and comprehensive design requirements.
• Web tracking tools app and create information boards to monitor the user activity through our website. Use visions of these data to inform and improve digital marketing activity.

You should be able to communicate effectively and confidently to develop good business relationships. You must have excellent organizational skills, be a good team player and be able to successfully manage your work burden, as well as stakeholders’ expectations.
