We are looking for User acquisition manager To pay grow for Cleanmyphone.

In this role, the ownership of building and strategies for the user acquisition and improving it will bear through global markets, with a special focus on marketing national performance. You will have the opportunity to form the entire repression-from preparing analyzes, tracking frameworks to managing large-scale media budgets and ensuring a positive turkey.

In this role, it will:

  • Do the audit and improve the user acquisition path, and improve high -influential improvements
  • Evaluating the current marketing reports systems and implementing improvements to ensure actual implementable visions on the main growth standards
  • Marketing special descriptive performance from one to end (creation of a campaign, briefing, performance analysis, etc.), and be completely responsible for the ROMI channel
  • Building infrastructure for analysis from zero point, preparing and improving marketing analysis tools and tracking systems, and creating work frameworks for unity economics
  • Establishing ideas, launching and testing hypotheses, analyzing results, and determining the following steps to improve performance
  • Monitor and analyze the campaign performance using the main scales (CPA, Cac, Roas, ROI, CTR, CR, etc.)
  • Cooperation with multi -functional teams, including product manager, advertising writer, marketing designers and analysts, to provide high -performance ads designs and intended pages
  • Managing large media budgets and improving them effectively through Geo from the first level and other markets
  • Providing regular performance reports, determining trends, and sharing improvement visions

The skills you will need to bring:

  • 4 years of experience in the user acquisition/performance marketing with a focus on mobile applications based on subscription, level markets 1
  • A successful bus record to launch advertising campaigns and manage them for a new product to the market in an environment based on
  • A proven record in improving performance measures effectively (CPI, CPA, CAC, ROMI, etc.) to achieve work goals
  • A strong understanding of suppressing users, marketing and product standards (such as CAC, LTV, nimbia, dust analysis)
  • Experience with improving the conversion rate, and repression analysis
  • Strong analytical skills (the ability to find reason and result relationships, define priorities) and try them in conducting A/B tests
  • Practical experience with advanced marketing analysis tools (such as Appsflyer, amplierde, Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
  • A busy record for the management of large marketing budgets effectively
  • The ability to think creative and develop innovative strategies to attract new users
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to cooperate effectively through teams
  • A mentality directed towards the results with a high level of autonomy and responsibility
  • Stay in view of industry trends and search constantly about growth opportunities
  • Intermediate or higher English efficiency (written and spoke)
