What we are looking for:
We seek a full -time e -commerce manager who will work with autonomy, confidence and proven results. You will be responsible for managing each side of the Shopify site – from design and search engines improvement to campaign launch operations and demand flow through ERP (InxSQL).

This is not a “young” marketing role. This is a full -tissue Shopify operator that can say with confidence:
“I have grown a store before – here are the data to prove it.”
“I understand ERP integration, pricing logic, customer trips and e -mail paths.”
“I know how to create urges, operate special offers, and build long -term post.”

Your basic responsibilities:

• Full ownership of ACECICICICIBREBRESSIONFITTS.COM (Shopify Plus)

• Web design, design, UX user interface improvement

• Strategy of senior economic officials and implementation to enhance organic vision

• Management and launch of mailchimp campaigns (monthly + promotional)

• Tracking customer behavior, targeting, e -mail fragmentation

• Run new products categories and manage product details pages

• Run pricing updates, discount campaigns and promotions

• It is 100 % responsible for the online application cycle – including manually applying requests in ERP until API sync is complete

• Track the main weekly performance standards and reports

• Participate in the daily meetings 9:00 am for PST meetings via Microsoft teams

• Be available to support customers and share MF 8 in the morning – 4:30 pm Pacific time

The required experience:

• 3+ years of managing stores on the store (preferably Shopify Plus)

• Infinter with ERPS (especially inxql or similar systems)

• A busy record to expand the scope of e -commerce sales and customer participation

• Advanced understanding of senior economic officials, mailchimp, and conversion tools

• Strong attention to details – especially with pricing, orders and product data

• Excellent communication skills – clear, fast response and proactive

• Solo with the accountability of the work and its reports and structure

Compensation and incentives:

• Basic salary: $ 1500 a month

• Negotiable

• Performing incentive -based incentives:

  • 2 % revenue bonus per month on all website revenues over $ 25,000

  • 4 % bonus on any monthly revenue for more than $ 50,000

  • Special quarterly bonuses for the main growth landmarks
