We are building an Amnesty International Research Unit on a global level and we are looking for The world of artificial intelligence research To enhance our team. Since this unit is still young, this role provides a unique opportunity to form its direction, contribute to its growth, and help establish it as a leader in artificial intelligence research.

In this role, it will:

• Pay advanced research in the important areas of the goals of our artificial intelligence research unit, which leads to innovative solutions and contributions to scientific progress in major directions (such as local LLMS, agents, reinforcement learning, 3D, etc.)
• Take the ownership of research initiatives from thinking to implementation, and personally conducting major aspects of the research
• Flasting the gap between advanced research and realistic applications by integrating the results of modern research into our products
• Cooperation with multi -function teams to ensure that scientific innovations enhance product functions and provide measurable value to customers
• Providing high -influential research leads to acceptable publications at first -class intelligence conferences (for example, NeuPIPs, ACL, CVPR). The organization represents as a speaker, and the establishment of the research team as a universal unit through exceptional contributions and scientific discourse
• Organizing and conducting knowledge exchange sessions for research teams and stakeholders, covering the methods of analysis, research operations, and successful implementation cases
• Providing guidance and opportunities for students and other employees

The skills you will need to bring:

• Previous experience as Amnesty International Research with an innovative innovation record
• A strong record of publications, preferably in first -class artificial intelligence conferences such as NeuPs, ICML, CVPR, ECCV, ICLR, etc.
• Experience installed in large language models (LLMS) and multimedia LLMS (MLMS), practical experience in training, control, and improving models for different applications
• Experience in the leading research initiatives from thinking to publishing
• The ability to bridge academic research has been proven with industry needs by developing developmentable artificial intelligence solutions that create measurable value
• An experience in translating advanced research into practical applications, and integrating modern models into production products and environments in the real world
• The experience of directing young researchers, students and colleagues in the areas of artificial intelligence
• Advanced level of English

As an addition:

• Experience in work in Acememan, Corphation or government research laboratories, which contributes to advanced progress
