IPPB Civil Civil Criteria:
Educational qualifications for the IPPB officer
- DGM-FINANCE/CFO: ICAI + Legal Accountant (CA) from ICAI + 15 years of experience (Six Six) or 18 years old (seventh scale).
- Senior Human Resources Officers: Any Graduate (Preference: Master of Business Administration in Human Resources) + 18 years of experience.
- Senior Compliance officials: a graduate in any specialty + 18 years of experience.
- Senior Operating Operations: A graduate in any specialty + 18 years of experience.
The maximum age for an IPPB officer
- Ordinary Jobs: 35-55 years for DGM-Finance/CFO, 38-55 years for the Head of Human Resources on 01/07/2025.
- Contractual jobs: 38-55 years for senior compliance employees and Officer Officer on 01/07/2025.
IPPB officer request fees
- For candidates SC/St/PWD: $ 150/- (synthesis fee only).
- For all other candidates: $ 750/-.
The process of selecting an IPPB officer
- The selection will be on the basis of the interview. However, the bank reserves the right to conduct evaluation, group discussion or online test in addition to the interview. Just satisfying eligibility standards do not prevent the candidate to summon to conduct an interview/group discussion or online test.
- IPPB maintains the right to call only the required number of candidates, as decided by the competent authority in the bank, to evaluate/ interview/ discuss the group or test via the Internet after the initial examination/ brief list with reference to the qualifications of the candidates, experience or profile of job requirements, etc.
- The results of the candidates who qualified for the various stages of the recruitment process and the list of candidates who were recently chosen on the website.
