The successful applicant will develop and provide an innovative and attractive education about the CSR (CSR) units (CSR) on both university levels, postgraduate studies, and to conduct excellent international research in the field of strategy. The school is especially keen to appoint scientists who are able to teach one or more of the following topics: business and companies strategy, strategic management, corporate social responsibility, and work ethics.

The role is presented to the education and research contract (E&R), which is suitable for candidates who have a strong search record and a path that can produce high -quality outputs and enhance the university’s research file in particular in the field of strategy. The role holder is also expected to make a strong contribution to the leadership of the Ministry of Command and Administration. It is expected that there is evidence of income generation, influential research, or companies’ participation.

As a lecturer/great reader in the strategy and social responsibility of companies, you can expect to participate in:

• Delivery and contribution to designing high -quality programs, which depend on demand and developed around students; As well as to provide academic leadership in this field.
• It leads to research and participation in research that leads to high -quality leaflets at acceptable levels of size and academic excellence, developing income from research or institution or companies ’participation individually or in cooperation with others.
• Inclusion of research, institutions, or excellent projects globally and/or the world leader, as well as other initiatives on behalf of the school; To generate income; And contribute to the comprehensive strategy of the school.
• Contributing entirely to the school and the university by participating in meetings, work groups, committees and other school and university activities.
• Support of the school administration, by taking over and working roles in school groups or committees or university, as required.

What will you bring to this role?

• Doctorate (or equivalent) in a related area
• A specific reputation for knowledge and research in the field of the subject announced
• Huge experience in high -quality teaching at the level of university level and graduate studies in the field of strategy and the field of corporate social responsibility topics including business and companies strategy, strategic management, corporate social responsibility, and business ethics
• It is expected that both the Academy of Higher Education and/or teaching qualifications (PGCHE), or equivalent candidates will receive without qualification.
• The relevant service for the institution, as it is evident through enjoying the effective program, developing successful curricula, and participating in great participation in the activities of quality assurance and reinforcement; Leadership in institutions and/or professional accreditation; Or similar activity
