Responsibilities:

1. Supervising the management and supervision of sports activities and training sessions, to enhance individual growth in sports skills, leadership, teamwork, discipline, respect, and good sporting spirit.
2. Supervising the recruitment and scouting process for all possible athletes for men and women tennis
3. Cooperation with faculty and key leaders on the campus to support academic success for sports students.
4. Helping scheduling and conducting all practice sessions and matches in conjunction with sports management.
5. Manage and maintenance of all tennis facilities.
6. Facilitate the collection of donations for the team’s budget and facilities.
7. Budget management, supplies and equipment.
8. Organizing and supervising travel arrangements.
9. Work in cooperation with sports medicine or sports training employees in rehabilitation and promoting injured athletes.
10. Facilitate a cooperative relationship between sports coaches, sports medicine, strength and air conditioners and other university departments.
11. He communicates with parents and parents ’office on the campus about students’ success and activities.
12. Show a committed effort to understand and enhance the mission of the university.
13. Complete and keep all the necessary office work.
14. Check students in the program.
15. Responsible for understanding the expectations of the sports section.
16. It provides the safety of students, trainers, facilities and equipment during activities, practices and competitions.
17. Regular attendance and participation in the meetings of the department and professional development opportunities.
18. Cooperation with the components of the campus to evaluate, provide and improve students’ experience related to the tennis program.

20. Understanding NAIA Civil Rules.
21. Operating university vehicles.
22. Unconvincing models in all activities.

Education/skill requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Required from three to five years of experience in training or playing at the university level.
• Employment experience is required.
• You should be able to follow the program.
• You should be able to work under difficult circumstances and with others.
• Ready to work late/flexible.
• You must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• The ability to work with others and leadership.
• Show sensitivity to students with various academic, social, economic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds, including those with disabilities.
• Understand how to work successfully as a team at all levels of the organization and know how to contribute to the university mission.
