This role will possess User experience and visual design From our marketing site and our digital campaigns, ensuring that each reaction is involved, intuitive, a brand, and focuses on conversion. You will work closely with the top web developers, creative manager, marketers and stakeholders throughout the company to create experiences Converting visitors into a pipeline.

What will you do?

• UX design for us Marketing siteThe intended pages and other digital experiences.

• Translate marketing goals and brand guidelines into high conversion designs, centered around the user.

• Cooperation with stakeholders in marketing for development Moviest landing pages to convert For campaigns, events and paid programs.

• Designing planning layouts and ingredients that work smoothly through the desktop and mobile surface.

• Partner with our web developer to ensure the implementation of designs with carefully and efficiently.

• Cooperating closely with the creative director to ensure a fixed brand experience in all designs.

• Progress Ux best practices, CRO principles, and accessible standards To all deliveries.

• Perform a lightweight and repetitive use test based on reactions.

• Maintaining and developing a developed design system for the marketing site.

What we are looking for

• 4+ years From the professional UX design experience, with a strong set of Marketing sites and intended pages.

• Experience in design tools like Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD.

• Proved the ability to design for Transfer improvement And the generation of lead.

• A strong understanding of the principles of the responsive design and UX mobile.

• Experiment to cooperation closely with developers to make designs in life.

• Hubspot CMS or similar marketing platforms are plus.

• Knowledge of accessories (WCAG) and friendly design practices for senior economic officials.

• Strong cooperation skills and comfort work with a distributed team.

• Video editing and transmission design is an excess experience.
