About the opportunity
As the first legal leader at home, the Vice President of LEGAL will be responsible for building and supervising all laws and supervision of the Pair Team team. This role provides reports to the chief doctor of our doctor and strategy and is closely cooperating with CEO, CEO and departments leaders through operations, finance, partnerships, marketing and product. What will you do?
- Supporting the company’s basic legal advisor in companies and organizational issues for health and commercial care, products, employment and privacy
- Building and leading internal legal operations and policies that support mitigating risks, compliance and empowering business
- Providing legal and organizational guidelines related to Medicaid and Medicare, value -based care, product development and other company activities
- I possess the legal aspect of the development of contracts and negotiation – formulation, retreat, and advice on the terms of the deal for health plans, sellers and partners
- Cooperation with operational and secretaries leaders and marketing to ensure adherence to the laws and regulations in force (such as HIPAA, running running, companies exercising)
- Managing relations with the external lawyer, possesses the legal budget, and evaluating when the legal jobs are attended at home
- Owning and developing the company’s compliance program, ensuring operational and organizational compatibility with the expansion of a scope

What you will need
- More than 8 years of legal experience with at least 3 years in the company in a high -growth digital health company or healthcare services.

- Deep understanding of health care regulations and risk structures – especially associated with a moderate, medical care feature, and managed care – and a strong process of health care law.
- FDA’s knowledge of health care programs, including the identification between programs as a medical device (SamD) and clinical decision support tools, and applying these frameworks to technologies that support artificial intelligence.
- Experience in advice on commercial contracting and sellers, data privacy, corporate governance, and employment law.
- Comfort work in a fast -paced start -up starting environment with multi -functional cooperation.
- Strong judgment and business acumen with the ability to balance legal risks and a strategic opportunity.
- A passion for access to health care and the commitment to the service of the population with lack of services.
