Job title
The NMCC Alliance in New Mexico (NMCC) is looking for Community energy builder To ignite the base at the base level, the voices of caregivers are amplified and the systematic change increases across New Mexico. This role is more than one organization – it relates to driving cultivation, promoting fairness and building an active and durable network that raises the workforce for direct care. This is a full -time position with benefits. The salary is $ 50,000 – 65,000 dollars, based on experience.

Main responsibilities

• Fill and empowerment: Recruitment, training and support for workers in the field of direct care to become effective advocates in the efforts of local policy and at the state level. Development of caregivers who are already associated with NMCC to deeper participation levels.
• Facilitate communication: Build a comprehensive coalition with caregivers and professionals paid to push NMCC legislative goals and shares through individual meetings, phone calls and personal interactions.
• The leading story novel initiatives: Helping caregivers in sharing their live experiences through public certificates, media campaigns and stories narrative workshops.
• Design sharing strategies: Development and leadership of culturally responsive awareness plans, including city halls, listening sessions and invitation exercises.
• Legislative Support: Cooperation with the NMCC policy and advocacy team to understand/absorb the directions of politics, then to coordinate sponsorship providers in legislative hearings, lobby days and civil education events.
• De hero: Ensure that all regulatory efforts reflect NMCC’s commitment to diversity, fairness, integration and access.

Perfect candidate

• Emotional defender with live or professional experience in providing care, community organization and social justice.
• Skilled in facilitating and building relations and mobility in various societies.
• It is fluent in strategic planning and popular energy.
• Dual Language (Spanish/English, Religion/English or other tribal languages) prefer.
• It is necessary to know the cultural landscape in New Mexico and the legislative process.
