About the role

Be responsible and accountable for the quality and output of the school as measured by the main performance indicators (KPIS) that corresponds to the university strategic priorities and faculty.

Providing reports to the dean of the college PVC, the head of the school (HOS) will provide influential and motivational academic leadership, innovation leadership, academic flexibility and continuous development, while ensuring embrace technological learning. This will include the responsibility to ensure a culture that leads excellence in learning and teaching, increasing our social and economic impact on society, and enhances the student’s experience and employment.

The mail owner will lead education and employment plans for schools to innovate the curriculum and education, which makes education more experimental, overlooking, interactive and centered around students. This will support the delivery of a new institutional strategy until 2035, aimed at developing graduates and businessmen with highly operational and operatives in the future.

HOS will be motivational and inspiring, with a clear focus on talent management, caliphate planning and talent retaining, ensuring a high -performance and graceful workforce that adopts the institutional direction and vision.

The mail holder will be provided with at least 0.2 FTE to enable them to contribute proportional to education, research and practice in line with the instructions for planning the work burden in force at that time. The post is also a member of the SET (SLT) team.
