Your role:

We are looking for an individual with a technical orientation directed towards details to join our data services team as a data services specialist. As a data services specialist, you will support our customer services team to complete and facilitate data management requests and perform technical tasks that enhance daily processes and commercial operations for the data services team.

The role requires a vibrant, adaptive, logical, intelligent person, and it works well independently but thrive in the team’s environment; A person who enjoys learning, building relationships, and has good business acumen.

You may require the role to work in legal leave. During training, you may be asked to work in the office up to 5 days a week.

Your responsibilities:

• Provide an exceptional service to external and internal clients while maintaining Slas Section
• Transfer data through multiple environments
• Forming internal systems accurately based on changing requirements
• Make the CRM registry maintenance and updates
• Organizing, analyzing and verifying the validity of the treatment reports
• Create and update data schedules, documents and templates
• Show the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non -technical individuals
• Documenting technical information on a dedicated basis
• Current solutions to the needs of our customers based on the policies, procedures and techniques of global relay
• The ability to fulfill the strict final dates
• Repeated work required

About you:

• Diploma/post -secondary certificate, or related work experience
• Technical/desk reforming skills, and the required computer efficiency
• He realizes the importance of quality control, integrity of information, complete data and accuracy
• The ability to write and speak English fluently, and has excellent personal communication and communication skills
• He is mastered in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint & Outlook)
• Exceptional time management, organizational, and define skills priorities with great attention to details

compensation:

Global Relay announces the scope of wages for this role in accordance with the laws of transparency wage in British Columbia. Individual wages rates are determined by evaluating factors such as experience, skills, education and professional background.

The range below reflects the expected annual basic salary, which is only one component of the comprehensive comprehensive bonus package designed to reflect the philosophy of our company’s wages, culture and values. 45,000 dollars – 60,000 Canadian dollars
