We are looking for a post -doctoral research world with high motivations to join Dr. Yi Ting Chen’s collection at the Cams Oxford Institute. The study will focus on the investigation of how T -cells contribute to fatty interaction and fatty antigens in immune responses after the group of streptococcus infection (gas), with effects on autoimmune diseases such as kidney inflammation after electrical coccles (PSGN).

As a post -doctoral research scientist, you will be primarily responsible for developing, designing and implementing experiences in the project, with a focus on maps of the molecular properties of immune cells participating in the paths of fatty display using multiple advanced and regional immune technologies. This research can deepen basic knowledge and promote irritating/pre -clinical development.

You must have a proactive and adaptive approach to work, the desire to cooperate and provide scientific guidance and workplace for colleagues, research aides and students. Preserving excellent records, accurate methodological work skills and the ability to fulfill the final dates are necessary.

It is necessary to hold a doctorate degree (or close to the end) in immunology or relevant field, as well as practical experience in functional immunosuppress in the laboratory, including TTi activation examinations, common cultural systems, cytokin (such as, ELISA, multi -centers deals), and the treatment of multi -colored flow. You will have experience in treating primary tissue and blood samples for former tests and laboratory experts, with specialized knowledge and experience related to the design, implementation and analysis of data from individual RNA-SEQ experiences.
