Summary of job duties: The assistant manager to comply with compliance will be responsible for managing and enforcing all aspects of compliance in NCAA, Mid-MARICA InterCOLLLGIATE ATHLETIC Association, and Arcasas University-Fort Smith rules for all UAFS Intercollegay Sport programs. This position is directly reports to athletics manager.
Favorite education and/or work experience: a preferred master in the field in place. Experience in athletics work between colleges with NCAA applications, including the academic portal, compliance 2.0, NCAA transfer gate, Al -Ahlia Center, and LSDBI.
The duties and responsibilities of basic jobs: implementing and supporting policies and procedures to ensure institutional control of all sports programs between colleges. Imposing and reviewing compliance operations continuously through various databases systems: for example: Teamworks, NCAA applications, compliance assistant and Workday.
Work in conjunction with the representative of the sports faculty members, the registrar’s office and the Provost office to ensure academic compliance: financial aid, progress towards certificate and eligibility.
Work directly with financial aid, acceptance, housing, advice and business center to ensure compliance. Monitor financial aid documents and ensure the accuracy of the award.
Monitor legislation in the game and practice season. Developing and submitting all required NCAA reports.
Monitor institutional recruitment systems, trainers employment activities, and work as a communication episode in the process of accepting sports students and certifying their eligibility.
Supervising each image of name and compliance (NIL) and operations
Providing continuous education rules to the sports department, financial assistance and counseling employees
Research and provide guidance on the current and proposed NIA and MIAA rules and regulations. Manage all requests for waiver, appeal, reviews and audit.
As an official of the game Day: Supervising all home sporting events.
Responsible for maintaining a positive work atmosphere by setting the priorities of teamwork, creating and maintaining a culture of care and associated with service and providing leadership for sports students, trainers and employees.
An active role in developing sports students through the Consultative Committee for Sports Students.
Traveling to post -season competitions
Other duties and responsibilities of jobs: The mandatory presence in all household events attends the university’s events as a sports actor working as a sports actor in the institutional committees. He performs other duties as appointed.

The work is carried out during regular working hours and will include large hours in the evening and weekend and requires a cross travel to the conference meetings, NCAA and the secondary driver to travel for the team. The required valid driver’s license.
Rear examination requirements. Criminal background examination and car record (MVR) examination. The position requires the training of Arkansas correspondent on Arkansas before employment.
