- Hybrid opportunity: Buringtongreen headquarters is located in Burlington Beach, Burlington
- Reporting: Executive Director, Burlingtongreen
- Hours/period: 35 hours/week of October, 2025 to the end of March, 2026 with an opportunity to extend. In the first place, work during the day with some at the weekend, and the occasional evenings.

About this rewarding opportunity:
We are looking for an emotional, organized, flexible professional and self -shields and experienced in joining our team that works as our marketing coordinator, responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating all promotional offers for our environmental programs, events, services and various environmental topics.
Programming fields include to pay our strategic plan:
- Climate change and low -carbon living solution
- Perlington programming friendly programming, biological diversity/natural research, habitat restoration, and community education
- Software, events and services of zero waste
The responsibilities of this role include the following:
- Educating and interacting with our audiences online and confused about a number of important environmental topics, including resources to help society turn into sustainable alternatives;
- Coordination of the social media participation of our institution by creating and scheduling environmental/opportunities through our various platforms (Facebook, Bluesky, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, X);
- Take advantage of digital tools and analyzes such as HOOTSUITE. MAILCHIMP and Google Analytics to enhance all the performance of the digital statute;
- Create content for the organization’s website;
- Design and writing content for various digital communications and marketing materials including newsitleers, speaking notes, press data and reports;
- Prepare the quarterly analysis reports that collect, avoid and analyze data for all societal and societal reactions;
- ECO 200K Action Campaign Management, including effect standards such as greenhouse gas discounts;
- Collect monthly statistics for various operations for reporting purposes;
- Participate in the annual assets stock project, track and calculate institutional requirements and equipment, and to reports to Google Data Tables;
- Contributing to environmental projects work plans who take the main marketing strategy procedures to ensure professional, organized and smooth experiences for the project/events.
- It serves as a leading promotion coordinator in various events, services and programs, providing technical assistance to personal events (video, photography, screen shows) and online events (Google Meet, Facebook Live and Instagram Live);
- Documentation of related information and landmarks, evaluation data, preparation of documents, correspondence and basic materials for meetings and events, including the creation of brief reports and display materials as needed;
- It is a major communication point for Burlingtongreen, including for media correspondence, and the creation and feeding of cooperation with stakeholders concerned and financiers of agencies and community institutions as well as the general public;
- Helping in organizing, implementing and evaluating various programs, events and environmental services;
- Determine and facilitate opportunities to involve young people in various programs, campaigns and environmental projects;
- Work with our team of professionals to employ and support the work of volunteers;
- The basic values ​​of Burlingtongreen are in society, coordinating and providing awareness activities, including presentations of the audience’s speaking of a variety of fans;
- Implementation of expenses according to the approved budget process;
- Work according to the applicable health and safety legislation, policies and procedures;
- Performing work and tasks accurately and according to professional standards;
The educational development and development of the skills of the successful candidate will be wide and varied in the fields of research and written and oral communications, presentations of the mass of the masses/community sectors, software facilitation, leadership, digital platform (S) mobility and analyzes, content content, creative design, organizational planning, evaluation, tracking Metrics, cooperation with volunteers in Design field.
Qualifications:
As a strong candidate, you have a passion for helping to achieve maximum environmental impact by educating society and participating effectively to create a healthier and more healthy environment and achieve confirmation qualifications:
- A mixture of education/experience after the secondary stage in a related field such as environmental sciences, external education, community programming, public relations, communications, and project management
- Efficiency with various social media platforms, Google, Hootsuite, Mailchimp and Canva Design Design
- Excellent research and skills of analysis, evaluation and reporting
- Verbal and excellent writing and personal skills, including speaking in front of groups personally and online
- Details, very organized, conscience with first -class time management, multi -task skills
- Cooperative team player with a positive situation and strong personal skills
- Experience in providing creative and attractive educational programs, societal offers and events for a diverse audience
- Experience in preparing work plans and organizational models to capture logistics measures, planning strong organizational skills, and attention to details
- The beginning of the enthusiastic and creative self, with initiative and problem solving skills
- The ability to work independently has proven with the minimum supervision
- The ability to work in an external environment, including performing functions related to community awareness and environmental supervision, such as drilling, agriculture, trimming and weeds.
- Knowing environmental issues in Berlington and adhering to the environment as shown through previous volunteer obligations and/or employment
- Some evenings, weekends and holidays are available, and is perfectly residing in the Halton area, with a current in effect and access to a car, including transporting supplies to and from events in Berlington, Ontario
- Understanding and adhering to the principles of fairness, diversity and inclusiveness
- A weak sectoral examination report (he will be asked to provide rental)

Qualifications – desirable:
- Experience in a charitable environment that is not profitable
- CPR initial aid + CPR
