Academic Registrar at Global College Malta
Job title
the Academic registrar Responsible for managing the student’s journey in International College Malta.
Reports directly to Academic Dean And work closely with the college Senior operational officials (coo), They lead and manage the college’s academic management team. It guarantees compliance with organizational frameworks and providing effective systems and operations to support the student’s journey from admission to graduation.
They support the academic dean, and when necessary, the CEO of Operations, in providing the strategic leadership of the college and ensuring academic excellence, operational efficiency, and long -term sustainability.
Main responsibilities:
- Leadership of the college’s academic management jobs to ensure an excellent student trip, including registration, student records, timeline, evaluation and graduation.
- Ensure that the academic regulations of the college as well as the policies and procedures facing students are effectively implemented and reviewed regularly. Accordingly, provide professional advice and directives on regulations, politics and procedures for employees and students.

- Participate in the relevant college governance structures, including service committees and preparation of data, reports and presentations, as required.

Academic and professional qualifications
