We are looking for A major business analyst To join our team and help lead the growth of the innovative ecosystem in the POS field in the Horeca field for the United States market. This product has evolved widely for more than 10 years and continues to expand multiple initiatives.

Main requirements:

• 4 years of experience as a business analyst
• The work experience in fast -change dynamic environments
• Product ownership or product management experience
• Strong, hard skills, including change management and user interface knowledge/UX
• Seeing the strong product and the ability to generate ideas and connect them in a proactive way
• The balance between the active listening to the customer’s needs and the suggestion of effective solutions
• Strong leadership and influence skills, with confidence in explaining complex operations or technical details
• Strong negotiation skills, focus on winning solutions
• English level: upper average or higher

Nice to be:

• Experience with web applications or mobile devices; POS or applications facing the customer are plus
