Do you want to work as exams at the University of Southampton during the 2025/26 academic year? The exams are operated in January, June and August.

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic and motivating people who want a flexible job that can suit other obligations.

The obsessive should be reliable and professionals in general in good health. They must have a clear voice and they should be able to convey procedures and regulations quietly to students, in a strong way, but they were kind. Full training will be provided before work.

We see the role of Ingialators as 50-50 balances the requirements of academic integrity and support for student care. We expect the candidates to show the respect of all students and employees and to follow the policy and procedures they provide in their role.

You should be completely committed to the role and complete all online training units before you can breathe. After that, you will be supported in your role in inciting exams, directing the team leader and collective support.

We regret that we cannot accept applications from active students for the programs that are taught.

Next exams 2025/26

The first semester: Monday, January 12 – Friday, January 23, 2026 (but perhaps including Saturday 17 and 24 January)

The second semester: Monday, May 18 – Friday, June 5, 2026 (with the exception of the bank holidays Monday, May 25, but perhaps including Saturday 23 and 30 May)

Complementary reviews: Monday August 17 – Friday, August 28, 2026 (except for the bank holidays Monday, August 24, but perhaps including Saturday, August 22)

The transformations can be;

All day From 8:00 am to 6:00 pm with lunch break or

I am From 8:00 am to 12:30 pm/1.30 pm or evening From 1.00 pm to 5:30 pm/ 6.30 pm

Successful applicants will be asked to complete the availability form so that the transformations can be customized.

A group interview session will be held on 19^Y November 2025.

If you had previously applied and have done INVIGILATOR before, you do not need to re -progress.
