Devengine is employing a quick -growing customer who establishes his engineering center in the center of Vancouver. This is a full -time role. A strong preference for candidates already in Vancouver and is able to cooperate on the site about two days a week.

Why this role

It will contribute to the current .NET/C code base with helping to accelerate the transformation of Python as it is logical. The team encourages continuous learning, responsible use of coding tools with the help of AI (Copilot, Index, etc.), practical experimentation to improve delivery speed and quality of code.

What will you do?

• Design, construction and maintenance of background services in .NET CORE and/or Python; Delivery of features in the current stack and lead the target update.
• Building and developing comfortable application programming facades and integrating with third -party services.
• Contribute to the front development using React or Angular as needed.
• Ship Cloud Native Solutions on Azure using waiting lists, functions, storage and managed databases.
• Participate in system design, reconstruction and improve performance/expansion.
• Improving CI/CD pipelines and developer experience with GitHub or Devops Azure.
• Cooperation with the product and QA to provide comprehensive features; Team colleagues and raising engineering standards.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in developing professional software.
• Strong efficiency in.
• The experience of building a safe and developed applications facades with relationships with relationship databases (SQL Server, PostGRESQL, MySQL).
• Infintering with test frameworks (xunit, jest, moq, etc.) and modern written (OATH 2.0, JWT).
• The practical cloud experience (AZURE or AWS) and rest with CI/CD.
• Cooperative mentality, curiosity and openness to learn new tools.

Nice to be

• Experience the interface with reaction/angular.
• Infrastructure as a symbol (Terraform, a biceps).
• Experience in organized environments (for example, health care, financing) or with standards such as FHir/HL7.
