Join the crowded team in the heart of the university campus, within the Student Support and Protection Department, in supporting our students to get the best university experience!
About the role
The role of students supporting and protecting them is to ensure that students, parents/guardians and employees can access information, advice and support available easily, and enable them to fully benefit from their academic and broader experience.
Your primary focus will facilitate our auxiliary service and provide administrative support for specialized teams within the department. This can mean a diverse work burden that often requires interaction with students and parents and support them in distress.
As a great assistant assistant, you will work as a first escalation point and you will be responsible for overseeing the various tasks of the supervisor and projects. You will also play a major role in decision -making and form new operations. It will submit a report to the operations team leader in supporting and protecting students.
You will have excellent communication skills and customer service, with experience in working in the service environment and comprehensive skills of information technology and organizational skills.

This is a full -time role (36.5 hours per week) for a specified period of 6 months. The role will require a mixture of work at home and offices on the main campus.
