The Communications and Marketing Coordinator at the Faculty of Law enhances the awareness of the stakeholders with educational research and priorities and the collection of donations for the College of Law by helping to develop and implement a comprehensive vision of communication/marketing and the college strategy. This includes the publication of the College of Law through the various media and social media, the development and coordination of printed and digital publications, e -mail marketing campaigns, strengthening the web and attending online to support the strengthening of faculty members, identifying graduates/donors, students, and employment initiatives.

A successful candidate will be:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as communications, marketing or law.
• Three (3) professional experience in media, public relations, graduate affairs, employment or communications.
• Experience in developing and implementing communication/marketing plans, including creating content for a variety of media options (printing, web, email, social media).
• Experience in producing a variety of communication and marketing vehicles that aim to various internal and external fans.
• Web design and maintenance experience
• He showed experience in developing marketing strategies, mediating and implementing publishing.
• Efficiency with video and photography
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including exceptional writing skills
• Strong display skills
• Skills to deal with others are sophisticated with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders
• The ability to maintain strict secrecy
• The ability to deal with the work burden required while adhering to the final dates.
• The ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools and processes.
• It will be a need to travel and participate in activities outside the campus
• The ability to work is a flexible schedule.
• Commitment and success have shown in working to create a fair, comprehensive and hostile environment for racism, and support the various electoral districts and the population
• Efficiency with the Internet and communications are commonly used and relevant computer applications including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, One Drive and Excel

• Experience in dealing with faculty members, students and legal programs
• Experience in the use of IT systems and applications at Windsor University, including Drupal, Outlook, Adobe, WordPress, etc.
