This role is known internally as the deputy director of places (food).

We are looking for experienced people and motives Deputy Director of Places (Food) To oversee daily running and planning our food outlets. You will play a major role in ensuring our food provision services constantly high -quality food, excellent customer service and a welcome experience for a diverse student community.

Upon reports to the place of places, you will lead a dedicated team, including the supervisor of food, food aides and student employees. You will be responsible for the operational management, food safety and financial control, while helping to form a food offer in line with the needs and trends of students.

This is a practical role, as it will balance the management of people and operations to work with the management team and work closely with the team on the ground.

About you

We are looking for a person:

• It is able to show experience in providing food, hospitality, food and drinks at the supervisory or administrative level (the experience of profit profit and loss will be at the level of the outlet plus).
• I am confident in leading and motivating a team.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and relevant legislation, ensuring that all areas of food serving and adhere to food safety at all times
• Strong in communication and cooperation, with good information technology skills and experience using online demand systems
• Knowledge of stock management
• Organized and adaptable and able to work well in a fast -paced environment that focuses on students.
