The general purpose

This is a new post based on the job team for graduate results. The postal holder will work closely with stakeholders including: Director of Graduate Studies Results and Team, Student Experience, Faculty Members, Employment Coordinants and employers to train, support and prepare Regent London students (RCL) to secure graduate levels, professional professions and / or appropriate progress for further study.

The postal holder will be responsible for creating, implementing and coordinating the support of contemporary professions. This will include identifying opportunities, building relevant relationships, developing major skills, creating and providing vocational training and support to ensure that students can get interviews to secure relevant roles and register students’ progress results.

This will be a varied, interesting and difficult role, which will require flexibility, the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and the ability to fulfill the final dates of the required quality standards.

Specific duties and responsibilities

  1. Work in partnership with the head of employment and the results of graduate studies and his team to create a relevant program to support job and progress for graduating students.
  2. Create and maintain communication channels with all concerned students to ensure that you can provide vocational training needs and support vocational jobs in all our universities in a flexible way. The campus sites include: Holborn, Titchfield Grand Street, Wembley, Kingsbury, Haro, Soutal.
  3. Create the mechanisms / operations / tool groups to prepare our students (personally, digitally and digital online) and make sure they get vocational training / related and relevant progress to support their success in groups and also from one to one sessions.
  4. Data collection format as required. Including the maintenance of student records, relevant dates, interviews, results, and providing accurate statistical data for internal and external requirements. This may include maintenance of paper records, when necessary.
  5. Provide one store for job inquiries for students. Coordination of providing accurate advice for employees and students in employment and professions, more study and progress related to progress related issues.
  6. Show and exchange updated knowledge about the current and future job / functional scene, relevant web sites, application formats, biography requirements, communication opportunities, interview technologies and employer expectations
  7. Communication with internal and external stakeholders, such as the academic registry, the employment team, academic schools, faculty, graduates, employment agents and services, employers and employers/ employment services, etc. in various matters related to providing effective and effective professions, information and employment directions
  8. Preparing blogs, writing and promotional content
  9. Using social media and online platforms to promote and announce events
  10. Monitor and measure success against Office for Students KPIS who work with the academic registry and databases.
  11. Contribute to reviews and evaluation of progress, jobs and systems, ensuring provision of high -cost high quality, and writing reports when needed.
  12. Work without direct supervision, authorization and determining the priorities of the work burden as necessary.
  13. Doing administrative duties as required in the role.
  14. Attending and participating in meetings and work groups, as well as necessary, including the representation of the team / department, when necessary.
  15. Sources for allocating students’ requirements, communication and cooperation with employers.
