As Vice President of Engineering, you will play an important role in shaping the technical and strategic direction of Clio. By working closely with your peers in the leadership team, you will directly possess and lead international domains, with opportunities to expand your influence to additional areas with the company’s scales. This role requires dynamic leadership with a busy record in building high -performance engineering teams, providing innovative technology solutions, and aligning engineering implementation with work objectives. All engineering roles in Clio require manual ability. Although the daily will not be your coding, you will need to be deeply technical.
As a major member of the CLIO High Command team, which provides reports directly to CTO, the Vice President will be responsible for align engineering efforts with the wider CLIO vision and its goals with the leadership of a diversified team of more than 100 engineers to connect great products that will form the future of the legal industry.
What you will work on:
Technical leadership and products
- Determining and implementing the technical strategy of international payments and expansion, ensuring the ability to expand, security and comply with global markets.

- More than 10 years of experience in engineering leadership in payments, technology, or expansion of international technology, with a background such as CTO or VP or a similar role.

- Deep understanding of payment processing, compliance frameworks, global infrastructure, and financial technology.
