summary: The National Health and Welfare Fund is looking for workers to obtain very organized benefits and contributions towards detail. The perfect candidate will have excellent communication skills for professional interaction with members, union representatives and employers. The strong sense of responsibility and careful attention to the details are necessary for success in this role full time.

Basic duties and responsibilities Include the following (other duties may be set):

• Helping the phone service for participants/direct calls for appropriate internal contact or external seller. Keep the phone log. Wipe the audio mail, printing and faxing as necessary.
• Help regulate records and maintain members files. Create and manage protected health information (phi) compatible with HIPAA practices and financing.
• Prepare the enrollment and eligibility documents by mail and collect them in line with the requirements of HIPAA and financing.
• Implement the entry of the member data and information approved in the human system. Check the eligibility and working hours.
• Determine the accuracy and reports of the employer and the employee yet. Communication with the employer and local trade unionists regarding the contributions and the reported hours.
• Help with the funding control program. Director account and benefits on the payments due and payments.
• Preparing and wiping files, correspondence, reports forms and other documents as directed.
• Helping to prepare materials and send them by mail to the participants and participants of employers including Cobra, short -term disabilities, and insurance of life, in line with the requirements of HIPAA and box boxes.
• Participate in compulsory training on HIPAA and other relevant topics.
• Learn and apply the rules and procedures of the fund’s plan actively to all works.
• Performing all other religious duties as set.

The minimum qualifications and requirements: To successfully perform this job, the individual must be able to perform every basic duty in the form of illness. • At least two years (2) of the required environment experience (education can be replaced by experiment – see the education department below)
• The ability to express themselves clearly and obtain a strong ability to detail; Good logic is a must; The ability to speak, explain and translate Spanish is preferred, but not required
• Computer and basic writing skills; He is mastered in Microsoft and G-SUITE; You should be aware of the pension programs used for the participants in the plan

Education and/or experience:

• A university degree is needed for two years, or instead, education experience can be replaced for two years with education requirements
