The waiter / waitress

We use exchange/clubs to provide excellent customer service, receive requests, and ensure an enjoyable dining experience. Candidates should be active, focus on customers, and are able to work in a fast -paced environment.

Main responsibilities

Greetings and accompanying the guests to their tables.

Current menus, take requests, and recommend food/drink options.

Food and beverage service immediately and accurately.

Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with meals and service.

Keep the tables, chairs and service areas.

Pay payments (cash/card) and receipts.

Dealing with guest complaints politely and efficiently.

Follow the standards of hygiene, health and safety.

Support team members during crowded operations.
