The purpose of the situation:

Responsible for the sellers management program through the ongoing leadership of the seller’s work group/third -party risk management and supervision of solutions (solutions) TPRM software. The audit/internal exams and the processing tracking of the bank is coordinated and provides reports and analysis to senior management through various committees, including the Committee of Institutions Risk Management, the Audit Committee and the Risk Committee of the Board of Directors.

Description of duties, responsibilities and expectations:

  • Supervising the management and management of the bank’s sellers program, including system management, analysis, review and updating the program framework.
  • Helping contract owners throughout the bank with the seller/third -party risk activities from the institution’s risk perspective.
  • The main seller/third -party risk management group.
  • Help in overseeing operational risks.
  • Working with a chief risk employee to manage and supervise internal audits and regulatory exams for the bank.
  • Work with auditors and internal and external advisers to help coordinate audits and responses.
  • Responsible for tracking the treatment of the audit issue and the preparation of reports.
  • A report to the relevant committees, including the Enterprise Risk Management Committee, the Audit Committee and the Risk Committee of the Board of Directors.
  • Responsible for preparing meeting articles for the Institutional Risk Management Committee, the Audit Committee and the Risk Committee of the Board of Directors
  • Responsible for updating/assisting policies in the areas of participation.
  • Complete the user’s applicable accessories.
  • Maintaining good work with all banking policies and procedures and identifying deviations from policy.
  • It helps in completing risk assessments.
  • Performing a variety of routine and non -daily tasks; Preparing reports and correspondence; And participate in the special section projects.
  • Participate in compliance reviews, projects and training efforts; Acting on behalf of senior management, as required.
  • It represents the administration in projects that require risk sharing as needed

Qualifications, knowledge and skills:

  • To maintain a good practical knowledge of all banking policies and procedures.
  • To get the ability to work effectively under limited and direct supervision.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in risk management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, financing, or equivalent work.
  • Solid computer literacy (word, Excel) with accurate skills to enter data; A skilled knowledge of working with the spreadsheet and creating formulas. The ability to become adept in using specific programs required for the situation.
  • Top of average knowledge and ability to read, understand and explain banking regulations and laws and spread information.
  • Top of average initiative, accuracy, accuracy and regulatory skills required.
  • Details directed with strong analytical skills.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Oral communication skills, writing and strong rhetoric.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities/projects with various deadlines.
