Your responsibilities:

• Reviewing, negotiating and consolidating customer agreements, policies, partners’ agreements, and conducting business and legal negotiations
• Providing advice to internal teams on a wide range of legal and commercial issues, including the requirements for protecting international data, contractual obligations, compliance obligations for industry, intellectual property rights, employment and human resources / employment
• Providing legal support related to the topic of compliance and exploration
• Providing legal support related to the retaining of customers, renovations, and other related legal/accounting issues
• Providing commercial support in developing Global Relay sales strategies, marketing and business development, new strategies to go to the market, product design, publishing, and positioning to help increase the work team revenues
• Providing operational support for internal policies for global ranking, communications, training and education on global relay and public rule services

About you

• The minimum for two years of legal experience as a practitioner lawyer, preferably with previous experience in the company (note: compensation, the level of position, and responsibilities will be commensurate with years of experience)
• Dr. Forenes or LLB from the accredited law school and call the bar in British Columbia or eligible
• Effective analytical skills to balance the solving of pragmatic problems with risk management
• Saas, licensing, and wireless contact

compensation:

Global Relay announces the scope of wages for this role in accordance with the laws of transparency wage in British Columbia. Individual wages rates are determined by evaluating factors such as experience, skills, education and professional background.

The range below reflects the expected annual basic salary, which is only one component of the comprehensive comprehensive bonus package designed to reflect the philosophy of our company’s wages, culture and values.
